Clinical significance of BAALC overexpression for predicting post-transplant relapses in acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract: The aim of this study was to clarify close associations between population of bone marrow blast elements defining cytological relapse, and that of leukemic precursor cells by means of serial quantitative measurement of WT1 and BAALC molecular markers expressed by appropriate cell types.
