Abstract:The adaptational rearrangement of microcircular channel of the bulbar conjunctiva and the brain in heavy craniocerebral trauma experimentally and in clinic is studied in the dynamics. Simultaneous reaction of vessels of the ocular analyzer and the brain is established. The terms of the rearrangement of vascular channel are determined and the course and prediction of heavy craniocerebral trauma are well-founded. The therapeutic effect of vagosympathetic block on microcircular channel is confirmed.
