Cloning and expression of human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (hGM-CSF) in Pichia pastoris

Abstract: Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a glycoprotein, belongs to the family of colony stimulating factors (CSFs) that regulate proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells.
