Abstract: The concomitant presence of breast cancer with one or more other types of cancer such as colon, vulva, lung, larynx, liver, uterus and kidneys has been presented in the literature. However, synchronous breast and renal cancer is very uncommon. Herein we present a woman with synchronous breast and renal cancer, and review the literature. “…In the treatment of renal cell carcinoma with multiple tumors, several factors should be interpreted, including the tumor stage, evaluation for the presence of metastasis, and whether the kidney tumor is accessible for operation. Mostly, the choice of treatment is the resection of tumors simultaneously [7] . In the follow-up, to ensure the lack of renal cell cancer recurrence, several examinations like urine analysis, general examination, palpation of lymph nodes every 2 years, and cystoscopy in 10 years intervals can be done [17] .…”

In addition, synchronous and metachronous cancer between kidneys and other related organs has also been reported1,7. While the association of renal cancer with breast carcinoma is a rare entity8.…”

“…These may include blood tests to assess kidney function and identify any markers of cancer, such as elevated levels of certain proteins, and imaging studies, such as CT or MRI scans, to evaluate the size and location of the tumor and identify any metastases. Follow-up tests include urine analysis, general examinations, lymph node palpations every 2 years, and cystoscopies every 10 years to check for the absence of renal cell carcinoma recurrence (Beisland et al, 2006;Üreyen et al, 2015;Abdelrahman and Viriri, 2022;Bapir et al, 2022).…”

“…Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are critical to improving patient survival 10 . Overall, renal malignancy is a worrisome disease, but as medical technology continues to develop and advance, it is hoped that more effective treatment options will be available for patients to improve survival rates and quality of life 11,12 .
