Abstract: Introduction Intrathyroidal parathyroid is a parathyroid completely embedded within the thyroid parenchyma. The aim of this study is to present a case with co-occurring bilateral normal intrathyroidal parathyroid glands and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).
