Coating of Sodium Aluminosilicate with Sodium Sulphate and Sodium Carbonate in V-Star Reactor

Abstract: The idea of the coating process of powder is to increase the stability and any damage resistances of the detergent. Therefore, the idea of project is to develop the coating process of powder in a continuous flow reactor through the cooling crystallisation. In this project, the coating process will be based on sodium aluminosilicate, which will confirm the concept of powder coating. Moreover, the ultimate goal of this project is to provide stabilising of powder particles (sodium aluminosilicate) with a solid in… Show more

“…This scientific work was carried out in the research laboratories of the FGBOU VO "Chechen State University" and "Scientific Production Firm "Sady Chechni". The coating process of Azofoska Universal (N16: P16: K16) was uniformly coated within 0.05 mm of layer by watersoluble biodegradable polymer through continuous flow 6-stage reactor V-star, as it is described in methodical recommendations of I. M. Bamatov [20,21]. The achieved product -coated Azofoska Universal (slow / control released fertilizer) was then tested on berry (2-year strawberry plant, variety Elezavetta-2) plants in a greenhouse conditions against to American analog -TAGROW in terms of: root plant volume, stress resistance of plants and berry yield with the presence of sugar level by using an RHB-32ATC refractometer.…”

“…In the current phase of its evolution, the production of robust planting material is undergoing rapid advancement and is intricately linked with the utilization of cutting-edge biotechnological methods [3]. One standout approach is micropropagation, demonstrating multiplication factors that are hundreds, if not thousands, of times more efficient compared to any traditional techniques [4]. The method involving apical meristems, followed by the microclonal propagation of genetically sound clones, has gained substantial global traction.…”

“…Additionally, the average annual growth is roughly about 6-7 %. High efficiency, ease of use and lowering costs for soil treatment allows to develop and maintain the biodegradable fertilizer market for long-term action [1][2][3]. The coating process (sulfur was used as a coat material) of the fertilizers was first developed in the United States in 1961, and commercial production began in 1978.…”
