Collaborative Filtering Algorithm based on Data Mixing and Filtering

Abstract: Personalized recommendation systems based on the collaborative filtering algorithm are faced with an excessive user rating data sparseness problem. In order to solve this problem, an improved collaborative filtering algorithm is proposed, which gathers a variety of single numerical filling methods and selects a more appropriate filling method according to the filling rules to fill the vacant positions in the user-item scoring matrix filling. The recommendations are then made on the populated user-item score ma… Show more

“…The CF algorithm is used in the study's algorithm section. Because the CF technique requires a lot of calculations when dealing with a big number of users and products [18,19,20], the clustering approach can partially address this issue. Using distance as a similarity metric-closer distances signifying greater similarity-the K-means algorithm is a common clustering algorithm.…”

“…At present, the education of advanced mathematics is still dominated by "cramming" education. The teacher is the education center in the classroom, and the students passively learn and teach knowledge [12]. Most higher vocational colleges are established by upgrading, merging or restructuring of technical secondary schools, adult colleges, and employee colleges.…”
