Collaborative Governance to Evolve Smart City in Local Governments

Abstract: The smart-city is innovation concept providing effective and efficient public services, through innovation and the use of information technology infrastructure. There needs to be a collaboration between local governments, private agencies, and other community groups to develop this concept.
