Combinatorial prediction of marker panels from single‐cell transcriptomic data

Abstract: Single‐cell transcriptomic studies are identifying novel cell populations with exciting functional roles in various in vivo contexts, but identification of succinct gene marker panels for such populations remains a challenge.
