Combined Investigation of Nonuniform-Field Electroreflectance and Surface Galvanomagnetic Properties in Germanium

Abstract: Dry" electroreflectance (ER) spectra have been taken near the fundamental edge of intrinsic germanium for comparison with the theory of the Franz-Keldysh effect in nonuniform electric fields.
