Abstract-Proliferation of health related information on the internet is both welcoming and a concern. For instance when solicited information goes wrong, it tends to have dire consequences on the general public. Assessing the quality of internet health information is often difficult but a rational and systematic approach can be useful in evaluating the quality of the services they render to the public. The paper proposes a fuzzy VIKOR framework for evaluating and ranking internet health information providers under a fuzzy environment where uncertainties and subjectivities are catered for with linguistic variables. Linguistic variables with triangular fuzzy numbers (TFN) are used to evaluate weights of the evaluation criteria and the rankings of each internet health information provider. A numerical example is demonstrated using HIV/AIDS online information providers in the most adult prevalent country in the world. The proposed method is compared with TOPSIS and can be applied in evaluating the quality of other specific internet health information providers.

In today's competitive economy, quality plays an essential role for the success business units and there are considerable efforts made to control and to improve quality characteristics in order to satisfy customers' requirements. However, improving quality is normally involved with various criteria and we need to use Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to handle such cases. In this state-of the-art literature survey, 45 articles focused on solving quality problems by MCDM methods are investigated. These articles were published between 1994 and 2013.Seven areas were selected for categorization: (1) AHP, Fuzzy AHP, ANP and Fuzzy ANP, (2) DEMATEL and Fuzzy DEMATEL, (3) GRA, (4) Vikor and Fuzzy Vikor, (5) TOPSIS, Fuzzy TOPSIS and combination of TOPSIS and AHP, (6) Fuzzy and (7) Less frequent and hybrid procedures. According to our survey, Fuzzy based methods were the most popular technique with about 40% usage among procedures. Also AHP and ANP were almost 20% of functional methods. This survey ends with giving recommendation for future researches.

The aim of this study is to rank the sport clubs registered in Borsa Istanbul based on their financial performances. In this respect the averages of the 5-year-financial-table data from the years 2010-2014 for the enterprises engaged in the subject sector are used. Using the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) method performance has been measured by means of liquidity, leverage and profitability. Ten financial ratios have been used for the study. Based on the obtained findings, the most significant indicator for measuring the financial performances of the sport clubs is the profitability. Furthermore the sport clubs have also been ranked in the study based on their actual performances.
