Abstract:Introduction: Pseudomonas aeruginosa community-acquired pneumonia is an extremely rare clinical presentation but has been recognized in anecdotal reports, even in previously healthy patients.Case presentation: We describe a previously healthy man who developed P. aeruginosa community-acquired pneumonia (CAP).
