Abstract:Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and relies on the production of angiogenic factors. By comparative analysis using RT-PCR method of angiogenic growth factors: VEGF, bFGF, PDGF-A, angiogenin- 1 and IL-8 we established the level of expression of these genes necessary for angiogenesis in glioma and neuroblastoma cell lines.
