“…Сравнительный анализ репитомов двух ценных эфиромасличных видов, S. officinalis и S. sclarea L. с использованием данных высокопроизводительного секвенирования позволил провести картирование выявленных повторов (семейств) сателлитной ДНК (сатДНК) на хромосомах с помощью процедуры FISH (флуоресцентная гибридизация in situ) и впервые провести идентификацию хромосом в кариотипах этих видов (Muravenko et al, 2022). У ряда видов рода Salvia обнаружена межпопуляционная изменчивость числа хромосом, диплоидные и полиплоидные популяции, а также выявлены В-хромосомы в кариотипах (Tarinejad, Mirshekari, 2010;Eroğlu et al, 2021;Martin et al, 2022).
