Abstract:Mushrooms are saprophytic fungal organisms grown on dead organic wastes derived from both plants and animals. They extracted the available nutrients from the different sources by decomposition process. Generally, edible mushrooms have high nutritive values like rich of proteins, vitamins and minerals, low level of carbohydrates and lipids.
