Comparison of Capsule Endoscopy with Ileocolonoscopy for Detecting Small-Bowel Lesions in Patients with Seronegative Spondyloarthropathies

Abstract: Capsule endoscopy detected more small-bowel lesions than ileocolonoscopy, and provided additional potentially relevant information on upper gastrointestinal pathology in patients with spondyloarthropathies.
