Comparison of clinicopathological features and prognostic significance between synchronous multiple primary and solitary esophageal squamous cell carcinomas

Abstract: Background Synchronous multiple primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (S-MPESCC) refers to more than one primary esophageal carcinoma detected in a solitary patient at the time of initial presentation.
