Comparison of Isometric Strength of the Trunk and Hip Muscle Groups in Female Athletes with and without Low Back Pain: A Cross-Sectional Study

Abstract: According to the literature, trunk and hip muscles weakness contributes to the development of LBP in the general population. Also, the prevalence of LBP and LBP-related disability is higher in women. However, there is limited evidence regarding the strength of the trunk and hip muscles in female athletes with LBP.
