Comparison of Spiramycin and Clarithromycin for Community‐acquired Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

Abstract: SUMMARYThis open multicentre study compared the efficacy and tolerability of clarithromycin and spiramycin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in Brazil and Colombia.
