Comparison of the Temperature Conditions in the Transport of Perishable Foodstuff

Abstract: Abstract:In this article, the temperatures in transport of different types of perishable foodstuffs will be compared. The comparison will be made based on the evaluation of measurement data from the remote probe and compared with the temperature measured by a thermograph installed in the vehicle.
