Comparison of traditional and distal radial approach in percutaneous coronary interventions

Abstract: Цель исследования-сравнить традиционный и дистальный лучевые доступы при выполнении эндоваскулярных коронарных вмешательств по частоте развития осложнений, болезненности и удобству для оператора. Материал и методы. Проведено двухцентровое проспективное исследование. Включены 235 пациентов, подвергнутых эндоваскулярному коронарному вмешательству через лучевую артерию (ЛА).
