Competências leitoras no Saeb: qualidade da leitura na educação básica

Abstract: Este artigo discute como as políticas de avaliação, em especial o Saeb, podem colaborar para a qualidade da educação básica. Ele identifica as competências em leitura indicadas pelo Saeb e analisa como os alunos encontram-se em relação à leitura.
