Comprehensive approach to the efficiency assessment of the business model of the aviation enterprise based on business process innovation

Taking into account the preliminary research on the evaluation of human capital efficiency, we use the methods of expert evaluations and factor analysis, the combination of which will allow us to take into account the current aspects of forming strategic guidelines for human capital development.…”
