Urban development is an important problem that can be solved with the help of intelligent information systems. Such systems ensure efficient management of the city’s diverse infrastructure. The researchers developed a concept of such an information system based on a conceptual model and using data flow for intelligent decision-making. The system was tested for 1460 days in the city of Ternopil. The modelling results showed that the city’s central area is stable, with 50% of enterprises in the “growing” state and 70% of people in the “satisfactory” state. People often move to the northeastern and western zones due to higher levels of comfort and more affordable housing. However, the total distance of car trips has increased by 249%, negatively impacting the environment. The condition of enterprises in other zones is less stable with lower “growth” indicators, but there are zones with “stable” and “satisfactory” conditions.

The purpose is to study the essence of the socio-economic security of an enterprise, taking into account modern trends and development features. In the study, to analyze the essence of the socio-economic security of an enterprise, general scientific research methods were used, namely: the method of theoretical and comparative analysis, induction and deduction, and the graphical method. It is proved that today the operational, tactical, and strategic activities of each enterprise are subject to a significant number of factors of influence, and more often these factors are negative. The situation is aggravated by modern realities and global events, such as the pandemic and its consequences, as well as the attack of the Russian Federation on the territory of our country since 2014. Given this, enterprises every day try to implement measures to counter the negative impact of modern threats or adapt to new realities. The key factors for survival in this process are the management and security, in particular, socio-economic. It was found that the socio-economic security of an enterprise should be understood as a state in which security conditions are formed to ensure the protection of social and economic components from the negative impact of risks, threats, and dangers and the lack of response to various forms of challenge. It is substantiated that such a type of enterprise security as socio-economic today is a key factor, the provision of which will form a powerful basis for the development and survival of an enterprise in Ukraine. As a result of the study, the key parameters for changing the level of socio-economic security due to the negative impact of modern threats were formed. It has been determined that today it is an extremely difficult task to ensure socio-economic security for systems such as enterprises. Conventional methods and mechanisms will not suffice. Prospects for further research should concern a thorough study of the theoretical basis for ensuring the socio-economic security of an enterprise in the face of threats.

Within the study, methodological support for assessing economic security of industrial enterprises of Ukraine is provided. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the method of assessing spatial challenges and trends in the development of the system of economic security of industrial enterprises. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which made it possible to assess the spatial challenges of the economic security system of industrial enterprises on the example of leading enterprises of Ukraine. The methodological toolkit for ensuring the assessment of the level of economic security of the enterprise included such stages as: collection, processing, selection of indicators and methods for assessing the factors of enterprise activity. Using the proposed methodology for assessing spatial challenges of the economic security system, the level of economic security of the studied enterprises was determined and the factors that are destructive and stimulating for the development of enterprises were singled out. According to the results of the analysis of the enterprises' activities, the factors that reduce and increase the level of their economic security were singled out. The conducted analysis made it possible to propose a conceptual scheme for modeling the economic security of an industrial enterprise.
