Computer simulation of radiation effects on high-speed non-volatile memory

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of radiation effects on non-volatile memory. The basis of non-volatile memory with high speed is the ferroelectric effect. The paper describes the principle of operation of FRAM memory, considers the characteristics of various options for the implementation of FRAM. Particular attention is paid to the description of experimental studies of the resistance of FRAM to the effects of ionization radiation from outer space. PZT-FRAMs from three manufacturers, Krysalis Corporation,… Show more

“…For the functional subsystem of braking, the displacement of the output link (plungers of the brake cylinders) is considered an internal parameter of the hydraulic system, while it is convenient to consider the output values as the pressure in the brake cylinder, which determines the braking torque along with the condition and quality of the runway. The second output parameter determines the flow rate of the working fluid, which affects the total flow rate in the system and, accordingly, the value of the discharge pressure [12].…”

“…The plot of the relative normal compressive stresses with a change in the defect diameter (Fig. 6) deserves special attention, which shows that a large hole does not correspond to large critical stresses [20]. This means that when developing test programs for thin composite panels, it is necessary to carry out parametric studies to select potentially critical impact points and it is possible to indicate the impact energy limit to obtain damage of a critical size in terms of stability.…”

“…After substituting the deflection (12) into the strain compatibility equation (1), we can obtain an equality whose solution is the stress function с с (13) When considering particular solutions of the homogeneous equation, one can obtain coefficients that take into account the orthotropy of the structure…”

“…Taking into account the technical formulation of the problems considered below (Fig. 1), in this case, it will be necessary to consider the panels with rigid support along the long sides and hinged support along the short ones, which somewhat complicates obtaining analytical solutions to geometrically nonlinear problems [13][14][15].…”
