“…It is therefore difficult to know whether their medication treatment follows the recommendations and whether it is suitable to their clinical situation. The GERODIAB study is the first French, multicentre, prospective, observational, 5‐year follow‐up study designed to analyse the relation between glycaemic control and morbidity–mortality in type 2 diabetic patients aged 70 years and older .
