Confidence in Social Institutions in the Post-Communist Countries

Sustainable Development refers to the creation and maintenance of social and economic development. In order to achieve this it is necessary to provide interaction between environmental, social and economic components of the system, synchronized in time and space. Each of these interactions has its specific dynamics, requires the involvement of certain resources. Greening the of society expands the array of environmental requirements that are in opposition to traditional economic needs of the accumulation of material wealth and production, which does not take account of the environment. Despite the economic crisis, according to the results of the Euro barometer survey conducted in late March and early April 2014, which included 28,000 respondents from different social and demographic groups, and the 28 members of the European Union, showed that 96 % of people said how they care for the environment, personal matters. Accenting of the Negative Journalism in Economic Crisis Periods

The study joins the law and deontological axis of the journalistic communication and it theorizes the phenomenology of grimness's direct and indirect impact on the journalistic discourse. The assumptions of the starting hypothesis are the following: because of austerity, a lot of changes have occurred in terms of opinions, behavior and attitudes; consequently, these changes occur in the journalistic field, as well as in the media's relationship with the audience. This thesis proves that under economic crisis, under the pressure of lack of money, media operators' negative-persuasive behavior increases. In order to prove this, we appeal to psychological, logical, comparative and argumentative methods. Thus, it is obvious that austerity decreases the audience's availability for media's rational argumentation (persuasion) and increases its sensitivity to journalistic negative emotional, persuasive arguments. Under these conditions, in journalistic communication the media exploits this excess of emotional sensitivity by providing even more persuasive motivations and arguments.

Paradoxism is an avant-garde movement in literature, art, philosophy, science, based on excessive use of antitheses, antinomies, contradictions, parables, odds, paradoxes in creations. It was set up and led by the writer Florentin Smarandache since 1980's, who said: "The goal is to enlargement of the artistic sphere through non-artistic elements. But especially the counter-time, counter-sense creation. Also, to experiment." Paradoxism = paradox + ism, means the theory and school of using paradoxes in literary, artistic, philosophical, scientific creations. "Paradoxism started as an anti-totalitarian protest against a closed society, Romania of 1980's, where the whole culture was manipulated by a small group. Only their ideas and their publications counted. We couldn't publish almost anything. Later, I based it on contradictions. Why? Because we lived in that society a double life: an official one - propagated by the political system, and another one real. In mass-media it was promulgated that 'our life is wonderful', but in reality 'our life was miserable'. The paradox flourishing!” (Florentin Smarandache).
