Congenital Anomalies of the Inferior Vena Cava Revealed on CT in Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis

Abstract: An anomaly of the inferior vena cava should be considered in young patients who present with deep vein thrombosis of the femoral and iliac veins. Coagulation abnormalities, frequently found in these patients, may be a contributory factor.
