Congenital Chylothorax with Cytomegalovirus Positivity

Abstract: Background: Nonimmune hydrops fetalis (NIHF) due to congenital chylothorax (CC) is rare and is usually associated with high mortality. Chylothorax complicated with congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is extremely rare and the management becomes challenging.
