Cysts were located at the left diaphragmatic level in three cases, and in the right upper mediastinum in six cases (as in our case) [5] , [6] , [7] , [8] , [9] ; although the cysts may occur along the entire course of the thoracic duct, these locations may be described as atypical when considering the normal route of the thoracic duct.
