Congenital linear psoriasis: case report and differences with ILVEN

Abstract: We report the case of a 5-year-old child who from birth had five erythemato-desquamative papulous lesions with a verrucose surface and linear distribution in the proximal region of the lower left leg not following the lines of Blashko. The morphological aspect and the evolution of the lesions, data from physical exploration of the skin and adnexa, the characteristics of the histopathology and its association with HLA Cw6 led us to diagnose congenital linear psoriasis.
