Conservação in vitro do germoplasma de capim-elefante por meio da micropropagação de meristemas axilares

Abstract: Na conservação m vitro do capim-elefante foi observado que, ao longo dos subcultivos sucessivos de meristemas picais, ocorre gradual perda de vigor nas plântulas. Essa limitação torna necessária a reintrodução de acessos na coleção, comprometendo a eficiência do processo.
