In recent years, the emergence of new strategies, as well as information and communication technologies, have generated their implementation in various contexts of human development, being very important in education. Telemedicine arises not only in order to support and facilitate health care when those involved are distant, but also as a tool for professional training at all levels of their training. This article describes the design and validation process of a questionnaire developed to determine the perception, knowledge, and attitudes of social service medical interns regarding the use of telemedicine. The instrument was submitted to validation by 21 expert judges on the subject, being acceptable with an Aiken V value greater than 0.7; reliability of the instrument, performed using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (>0.800); and construct, through exploratory factor analysis in a pilot group of 113 people. As a result, a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.860 was obtained, which shows that the instrument has adequate values of internal consistency; concluding that it is valid to carry out a reliable evaluation of the perception, knowledge and attitudes of social service medical interns regarding the use of telemedicine.
