Contemporary Management of Giant Renal and Visceral Arteriovenous Fistulae

Abstract: Endovascular treatment of giant renal/visceral AVFs is challenging but feasible and safe, with good organ preservation. Endovascular techniques have replaced open surgical repair as a first-line treatment for these challenging lesions.
