There are particularly significant studies of Russian historians, such as Varechina (2012), Blinova (2019), Slavko (2009;, Zezina (2000), devoted to the elimination of homelessness and neglect in different regions of the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War and the post-war years. The role of orphanages in solving homelessness issues, and the living conditions of foster children, are considered in the studies of Ibrahimov (2011), Koreniuk (2017), Dynko (2008), Gavrysh (2018), Kozak (2019).…”
