Continued Sedentariness, Change in Sitting Time, and Mortality in Older Adults

Abstract: Compared with older adults who were consistently sedentary during 2 yr, consistently nonsedentary individuals showed reduced all-cause mortality. Individuals who changed ST experienced an intermediate reduction in mortality.
