“…The blood pressure values were obtained using the pulse transmit time (PTT), which was derived from the pulse waveform. On comparing the results with a routine sphygmomanometer, they found an error of 0.24 ± 2.39 mmHg and 0.12 ± 2.62 mmHg in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respectively, which is an acceptable variation in commercial BP monitors [ 99 ].
