“…The SRP were enriched on the surface of the specimen and grew in the pores of corrosion products. Petal shapes were observed in the corrosion products of both specimens [ 30 ], and these were oriented nearly perpendicular to the specimen surface. SRP clearly were attached on the surface.…”

“…Up to now, the corrosion resistance of metal coating [5,12,13] and ceramic coating [14][15][16] has been investigated. Especially, FeCrAl-based coatings have been regarded as one of the most promising candidates due to their excellent LBE corrosion resistance and outstanding bonding strength with the steel cladding tube [17]. Weisenburger et al [5] explored the LBE corrosion resistance of the FeCrAlY coating on the outer surface of the T91 tube and indicated that the coated tube showed a shiny metallic surface with only a few dark places after exposure to 550 °C and 600 °C.…”

“…It was found that the Al–42Cu–5Fe (wt%) composition achieves the best quality of the coating with a hardness of 370 HV 0.2 . Recently, Fe–Cr–Al–Si coatings were prepared using laser cladding technology and their corrosion resistance in a eutectic 75 wt% Na 2 SO 4 + 25 wt% K 2 SO 4 salt at 800 °C in air were measured [ 17 ].…”
