“…Among the transcripts coding for peptidic agonists, we identified GPCR ligands, such as the CXCL9 chemokine, and growth factors known as agonists of tyrosine kinase receptors ( HBEGF, ANGPTL6 , Figure 2C ), cytokines ( IL7, IL15 , Figure 2C ), and agonists of serine/threonine kinase receptors ( BMP1 , TGFB3 , Figure 2C ).
