Contribution of SAQ Exercises and Pliometric Exercises Against Smash in Princess Volleyball Games

Abstract: This research aims to determine the contribution of push-up training and Box Jump training to the accuracy of the results of the Putri Club Volleyball smash Dispapora Binjai. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sumpling. The number of female athletes as many as 8 people. This research was conducted for 6 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times each week.
