Abstract: Die vier Themen dieses Bandes sind für jede Unternehmensführung zentral. Dieses Lehrbuch entfaltet sie für Studierende auf Master-Niveau und bildet mit Band I "Strategie - Organisation - Personal - Führung" ein Kompendium rund um das Thema. Leitend sind dabei folgende Kriterien: Relevanz der dargestellten Theorien und Befunde für die betriebliche Praxis, Aktualität der abgebildeten Theorienlandschaft und Strategiebezug sowie Werteorientierung als Querschnittsthema.
