Abstract:This article presents a learning-based interference management mechanism for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles mounted small cells (ASCs), called HAPPIER, standing for hybrid affinity propagation clustering (APC) and reinforcement learning (RL) power control. The proposed HAPPIER interference management mechanism consists of two main algorithms: APC and RL. First, from the macroscopic viewpoint, the APC explores the interference structure of multiple ASCs and then changes the most serious interfering ASCs into… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
