“…Modification of the Cu/ γ ‐Al 2 O 3 sample with oxides of cerium, lanthanum, and nickel leads to a change in the acidity of the catalyst. According to the literature 57, the low‐temperature peak is attributed to weakly adsorbed NH 3 at weak acidic Lewis sites, the mid‐temperature peak is related to NH 3 adsorbed at strong acidic Lewis sites, and the high‐temperature desorption peak above 400 °C is due to desorption of NH 3 from the Brønsted acid site. The intensity of the peaks of desorbed ammonia from the Cu‐Ni/ γ ‐Al 2 O 3 catalyst is higher than that of the Cu/ γ ‐Al 2 O 3 , Cu‐Ce/ γ ‐Al 2 O 3 , and Cu‐La/ γ ‐Al 2 O 3 catalysts.…”

“…On TEM analysis, the discoid structure of approximately 50 nm was noted. Thermal analysis showed coke deposition of less than 1% after 30 h on stream at 200 °C. , Díaz-Perez et al studied a series of copper supported on SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 –SiO 2 , TiO 2 rutile catalysts, and Cu/TiO 2 anatase metal oxides. The order of activity was observed as follows: Cu/SiO 2 > Cu/TiO 2 -rutile, >Cu/Al 2 O 3 –SiO 2 > Cu/TiO 2 -anatase.…”

“…Some inherent defects of traditional bimetallic spinels (large particle size, low stability, and few active sites) have hindered their large-scale application. 94,95 Interestingly, the directed synthesis of bimetallic spinels with MOFs as templates not only improves the structure and some properties to compensate for the defects of traditional bimetallic spinels, but also unexpectedly brings some vacancy defects. 96,97 These variations can enhance the advantages of MOF-derived bimetallic spinels for energy and environmental applications (Fig.…”
