“…Cordycepin can decrease the pro‐inflammatory mediators (NO, PGE 2 , TNF‐α, IL‐1β) through modulating the MAPK and NF‐κB signaling pathways in LPS‐mediated RAW264.7 macrophages (Choi et al, 2014). In another study, cordycepin is shown to decrease the production of the inflammatory cytokines, TNF‐α and IL‐6, through the up‐regulation of HO‐1 in LPS‐activated RAW264.7 macrophages (Qing et al, 2017).
