Abstract: Introduction: Corneal intraepithelial neoplasia is a dysplastic condition within the ocular surface squamous cell neoplasia spectrum. It is a rare condition that is seldom suspected, especially at its diffuse presentation. Once suspected, diagnosis and treatment are easy for a condition that if left untreated could be devastating.
