Correlation between ageing condition and flow electrification charge in transformer mineral oil

Abstract

The flow electrification of mineral electric discharges which may facilitate the d the physico-chemical properties of the transformer insulation systems. This paper presents a study concerning th mineral oil ageing condition on the f phenomenon. The flow electrification c measured with a spinning disk system on un aged at T = 135 o C mineral oil samples, durations. In order to evaluate the degradat oil samples, the values of the complex permi loss factor and electric conductivity determined. The results have revealed the fact that the a worsens its dielectric properties and electrification phenomenon, respectively t density at the oil-pressboard interface increa time.
