Correlation between the single, high dose of ingested baclofen and clinical symptoms

Abstract: Introduction and Objectives. Baclofen is a drug used mainly to treat muscle spasticity. Its overdose can lead to lifethreatening clinical symptoms, including acute respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation.
