Abstract:The morphometric parameters of fruits (yield, weight) were revealed and the quantitative determination of anthocyanins and carotenoids in the fruits of golden currant (Ribes aureum Pursh) was carried out using the methods of spectrophotometry and reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
