Corticospinal tract degeneration in ALS unmasked in T1‐weighted images using texture analysis

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether textures computed from T1‐weighted (T1W) images of the corticospinal tract (CST) in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) are associated with degenerative changes evaluated by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI).
