COVID-19 pandemic impact: an identification of the cause of cost overrun in construction project

Abstract: The paper provides a thorough examination of the impact of COVID-19 on increasing the cost of the construction project. The pandemic of COVID-19 had disrupted the financial and operational of the construction industry.
